Grab yourself a tasty and protein packed treat for breakfast or dessert with these convenient and super easy-to-make pancakes. There are so many ways to enjoy these great pancakes and meet your daily protein target at the same tie! Try with fresh fruit and yoghurt, chocolate and nuts or sliced bananas.
Instructions for use:
- Add 1 scoop of Natural Protein Pancake mix to a bowl or jug (1 scoop = 1 pancake)
- Add 4-6 tbsp of water to milk to powder
- Whisk together until smooth pancake batter consistency is achieved
- Add a small amount of oil, butter or cooking spray to a non-stick pan over a medium heat
- Pour batter in pan and cook on one side until golden brown, flip and repeat on other side
- Plate up and enjoy!
Helpful tip: Cooking times will vary dependent on heat source - experiment to find your perfect pancake.
